I am a trained yoga teacher. I have over 965 teaching and 675 training hours.  Having graduated in 2005, I have been teaching yoga classes and workshops since then. I teach Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Raja Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

When trying to change a habit, according to a yogic understanding, it takes at least 40 days of implementing a new habit in order to begin to restructure the habitual behaviour. I have found that it can also be helpful in deconstructing the old habit energetically to create an open/clear space in order to rebuild the new habit. The 40 Day Sadhana Program is a support program I specifically design for you in consultation with you and with your goal/objective in mind. The program includes, but is not limited to, yoga asanas, meditation, pranayama, oracle cards, astrological insights, use or aromatherapy, etc. All these tools support our intention to make positive changes in our lives. The program also involves weekly check-ins via Skype as well as regular weekly email reminders and encouragement. Ultimately, any transformation comes from our authentic desire to do so and it takes action. Sometimes we choose to change things that happen immediately and other habits are more entrenched or stubborn. In those instances, we just keep at it. Eventually, it begins to shift. And, in my experience, it generally reveals insights into aspects of ourselves that we were unaware we were holding onto or depending on that may be no longer useful to us. Parts of ourselves may be ready for change. Other parts may be reluctant, having become used to the presence of that behaviour or situation being there.
